Bought a road bike from Mike a couple of weeks ago and am coming back to write another review after riding it. Only required very very minor touchups after picking up the bike. Brooklyn Carbon is an excellent place to visit for a first road bike / upgrade to a carbon road bike. All of the bikes Mike has for sale are going to last a very long time, meaning parts can be easily upgraded over time. If you are unsure which bike/size is best for you, ask Mike! He is very knowledgeable in the carbon bike space and has experience as a rider.

I can't say enough +ve things about my experience so going to lead with the conclusion and say that it was an amazing experience. Great bike in pristine condition with everything exactly as advertised and a price you won't find anywhere else.
I also want to add how nice Mike is to deal with. Buying a bike can be an intimidating process with people often giving you a hard sell and trying to push/ upsell you on things you don't need. Mike was exactly the opposite, clearly a very passionate and knowledgeable cyclist who just wants to share his love of the sport and get people on quality bikes that are right for each individual rider.

Buy a bike from Brooklyn Carbon Fiber you won’t regret it. The purchase process was amazing from start to finish. I was a little nervous at first given I was somewhat new to higher end carbon bikes and I met Mike on Craigslist, but after meeting him he put all my nerves at ease. For starters, he met me at a central location and spent 30 minutes explaining every detail to me about the two bikes I was interested in. He offered to give me 30 minutes to ride each around saying he did not have any plans that night. He helped me with sizing and adjusting the bikes. I explained to him after riding each for about five minutes how they felt and he explained why that may be based on his deep knowledge of high end road bikes. From start to finish there was no pressure at all to buy either of the bikes. In fact, I genuinely do not think Mike would have been the least bit upset if I did not purchase a bike. It was so clear how passionate he is about cycling and the bikes he sells. If you are looking for an honest place (which I think is the most important thing when making a purchase of this size) to buy a carbon bike look no further!
